Does this mean that people who express their right to free speech by demonstrating, e.g. can be detained if the military or police interpret it that way?? This looks like another cap on the end of democracy, Mr. President. With all due respect, there are laws for a reason, but there is afine line where troops, officers would then be allowed, with your sanction, to turn their weapons on the very people who elected you.
